“The first red flag was the difficulty in following the instructions to download the app and enter the code since bought the tickets from a 3 rd party online. I ended up calling customer service to Viator who calmly walked me though it-she was great and very effective but without her help it would have been impossible. The tour itself was not interesting at all. There was little informative facts or info regarding the buildings we were sent to. The game seemed intent on earning coins and posting selfie’s not at all on giving historical information. The hunt just ran us around. Someone’s doing well charging what they do for…”
