We called the tour company office 5 minutes after the meeting time and were told the tour left without us because it was after the start time. The office put me on hold stating they were trying to get ahold of the guide. After a short time I was told they could not get ahold of the guide and a manager would contact me. Tge manager did call later that day offering a voucher or to reschedule stating the tour did not run. We were not fo either and requested refund. I was told I needed…”
